Industrial clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for an trainee industrial clerk (m/f/d) for our Bergisch Gladbach location as soon as possible.

Your apprenticeship will last for 3 years and includes a 40-hour workweek. While your primary work will be in the office, you will also get exposure to our technical departments. The apprenticeship remuneration is based on the collective agreement for wholesale and foreign trade in North Rhine-Westphalia. We place great importance on fostering an excellent atmosphere and strong teamwork within the team.

This is what you can expect during your apprenticeship:

  • You will work in all commercial areas (order processing, sales, purchasing, accounting, marketing, human resources)
  • You will also get to know our technical areas (warehouse/logistics and manufacturing) to better understand our products
  • You support our departments in their day-to-day operations, e.g. processing customer orders
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of various projects
  • Creation of invoices
  • Monitoring of payment transactions

  • high school graduation/University of Applied Sciences Entrance Qualification
  • Interest in commercial processes and economic contexts
  • Social skills such as reliability and team spirit
  • High level of commitment and initiative
  • Aptitude for mathematics as well as commercial thinking
  • Good feeling for languages in both German and English
  • Good ability to express oneself and comprehension of texts, both spoken and written
  • Negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Customer and service orientation
